Ingredients:
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tbsp Cordyceps mushroom powder
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Add the pecans, medjool dates, coconut flakes, vanilla extract, Cordyceps mushrooms, cacao powder, and kosher salt to a food processor. Turn the food processor on for a few seconds to mix everything together. Pour the contents into a bowl and form them into bite-sized balls. Keep in refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!
