Put some olive oil in a pot and sautee the onion and garlic. Add salt, ginger, garlic and mix them together. Then add the red pepper flakes, black pepper, Lion's Mane mushroom powder, broccoli and water. Mix together then add the vegetable broth. Give it a good stir, bring to a boil, then turn off.
Once cooked, add the parsley, mint, maple syrup, lemon juice and lemon zest to your food blender. Add the hot soup to the blender then blend all the ingredients together. Pour into a big soup bowl and enjoy!
